Admission & Registration Requirements
The students can apply to this program providing ALES score, grade point averages and interview in accordance with the regulations of “Toros University Graduate Education and Examination Committee” and can pursue their education in their or in related fields.

Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of previous learning in this programme is implemented according to the rules and regulations of Toros University Social, Health and Science Institutes.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
In order to graduate from this programme, the students are required to successfully complete all the courses with a minimum average grade point of 3.00 out of 4.00.

Profile of the Programme
This non-thesis program is aimed at applicants who have bachelor´s degree in engineering and science and who work in public and private sectors. Students take at least 10 courses equivalent to 30 credits as well as project course. In this program, students are given mainly applied courses and case study based education. Students are required to gain skills for effective leadership, team work, conflict resolution, planning and knowledge and skills of control. Basics of this program include strategic technology management, project management, human resources engineering, supply chain management, information management, engineering economics and cost analysis.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates
This program targets engineers and other technical people who will be taking managerial positions in today´s firms. Graduates of this program are expected to gain skills for effective leadership, team work, conflict resolution, planning and control. Examples of the positions held by the graduates include managers for project, product, manufacturing, engineering, technical support and research and development. The overall objective of this program is to prepare engineers who will play leading roles in 21st century firms by combining engineering, technology and management sciences knowledge.

Access to Further Studies
The graduates of this program are eligible to apply for admission to obtain a PhD degree in their or related fields if they pass the evaluation process designated according to the “Regulations of Toros University Graduate Studies”, which includes a required ALES score and an adequate English language proficiency.

Examination, Assessment and Grading Regulations
In this program, the exams and evaluation are conducted according to regulations of “Toros University Graduate Education and Examination Committee”.

Graduation requirements are as defined in part of "Requirements and regulations of acquired degree".
