Objectives of the Course To teach the aims and features of preschool education programs, basic concepts and principles, to gain information about the features of early childhood education programs and the differences between programs, to gain information about the duties and responsibilities of parents and teachers in preschool education.
Contents of the Course The contents of this course are; definition of preschool education program, its importance and features, program developing principles, qualitative and occupational ethics in preschool education, Turkish Ministry of Education preschool education programs, annual and daily school plans, widely used education programs in early infancy periods : Project based learning, Montessori, High Scope, Reggio Emilia, Behavior Management and Learning Process, Application of Annual and Daily Plans.
