Objectives of the Course |
To have knowledge about the departments in logistics firm, to define the process of logistics operation and to have the ability of problem solving, correct decision making and alternative plan production. |

Performance management in logistics business, performance management and sector applications in logistics companies, information systems, e-logistics, logistics enterprises, management and performance studies, performance applications, logistics concept, increasing importance of logistics in business life, basic business processes of logistics management, relations with departments of departments and departments. |
