Objectives of the Course Today's changing and evolving customer demands can be met in the most effective and efficient way, and structural changes in supply, production and distribution systems are required. Establishing an effective Supply Chain Management System, using resources in the most efficient way, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and achieving planned, rapid and flexible procurement, production and distribution are among the main objectives of logistics managers.
Contents of the Course Introduction and basic concepts of SCM, Supply Chain Operations and Strategies, SCM Planning, Planning in Supply Chain Management and Management of Suppliers, Production and Transmission Systems and SCM, Distribution Systems and Cost, Development of Distribution Processes and Performance, Selection of SCM and Transport Modes , Optimization in transportation and distribution processes, Inventory management principles, Inventory in Supplier Control, Material Management process improvement, Warehouse Management, Green Logistics and Reverse Management.
