Objectives of the Course To have knowledge about the departments in logistics firm, to define the process of logistics operation and to have the ability of problem solving, correct decision making and alternative plan production.
Contents of the Course Performance management in logistics business, performance management and sector applications in logistics companies, information systems, e-logistics, logistics enterprises, management and performance studies, performance applications, logistics concept, increasing importance of logistics in business life, basic business processes of logistics management, relations with departments of departments and departments.
