Objectives of the Course Have an understanding of the contribution of the basic attributes of verbal and nonverbal communication in order to communicate effectively in personal and professional life; use effectively language in oral communication, stress and intonation and body language. And improve their skills about application of acquired knowledge and skills.
Contents of the Course What is speech? Is speaking a need? The factors distorting speaking. The qualities of a good speaker. What is diction? Purposes of diction training. Benefits of the diction training. Sounds and their features. Major speech defects. Stress and intonation. Types of speech. Body language. Child and body language.
