Objectives of the Course To gain an adequate understanding of following topics: 1. Natural judge principle, appointment of jurisdiction, 2. Parties theory, capacity to sue and legal capacity and joinder parties, 3. Pleading claims and defenses, 4. Evidence theory and evaluating evidence methods, 5. System of legal remedies.
Contents of the Course Fundamentals of Civil Procedure Law, governing jurisdiction, theory of parties, joinder of parties, civil procedure of litigation, means of defenses to plead, evidence, sentence, legal remedies, transfer of proceedings.
