Objectives of the Course Criminal Procedure Law, not commited a crime; It has been committed , that it is processed and by whom in order to bring a solution to the problem would be how the sanctions , as a rule, claims held by the Criminal Procedure Code , a set of attributes is concerned with the defense and prosecution activity. The purpose of the Criminal Procedure Law course , the students have explored the tangible reality of the target area of the basic principles of criminal law, criminal law, respect for human rights is to learn the rules of the proceedings.
Contents of the Course The purpose of this course the contents of the criminal procedure , function , these sources of law branches, review of source, location of the criminal procedure rules in terms of implementation time and person , judgment conditions, the function of the investigation phase and properties, the subject of the investigation phase , collection of evidence during the investigation phase , protection measures and the investigation removing results constitute the subject .
