Objectives of the Course To learn the general structure of the Turkish judicial system.
Contents of the Course Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, District Courts of Justice, Supreme Court, Administrative Judgment: Lower-ranking Administrative Courts, Council of State as a Court of Appeal, Military Justice; Military Criminal Court, Supreme Military Administrative Court, Maritime Confiscation Court, Dispute Court, Court of Accounts, Constitutional Court.

1 To know problem solving in the field of law, to have an analytical and holistic perspective and to make strategic thinking a principle.
2 To evaluate the knowledge and skills gained in the field of law with a critical approach, to adopt the lifelong learning approach and to lead the knowledge to renew and constantly improve.
3 To analyze and interpret what they learn in the field of law, to convey their ideas and solutions to concrete legal problems in writing and orally.
4 To interpret the terms, concepts and thoughts learned in the field of law, national and international dimensions, to make comparative and interdisciplinary analysis and apply them.
5 To be conscious of the principles of social, professional and scientific ethical behavior.
6 To be able to produce solutions by thinking creatively and innovatively by taking responsibility in situations that are not anticipated to encounter in the field of law, to develop consensus options, to apply the learned information not only to similar situations but also to unfamiliar environments.
