Objectives of the Course In this course; purchasing and is intended to focus on strategic issues related to supply students with purchasing function in this direction, global sourcing purchase activities, procurement systems, with a resolution of potential problems in the procurement process to determine the best suppliers and aims to teach techniques such as e procurement.
Contents of the Course The scope of supply management and objectives, supply structure and organization, procurement process variables: quality, quantity, time, price, supply sources, supply management practices, supply system, the purchasing process and purchasing models, selection and evaluation of suppliers of suppliers, procurement plans and procurement operations , order quantity and supply decision-stocks relationships.
