Objectives of the Course recognition of human behavior in organizations business psychology, analyze, interact with the other organizational variables of human behavior, cognition and behavior aims to develop knowledge and skills in human happiness and productivity of businesses of guidance on the axis
Contents of the Course Organizational change, leadership, motivation theories, job analysis, recruitment, workplace conflict and conflict resolution at work, feelings and basic issues of industrial psychology as emotional labor will be examined.
