Objectives of the Course The overall objective of this course is to investigate quality engineering and management approaches to monitor process quality and for production process design. These approaches are nominally statistical process control and management.
Contents of the Course Quality improvement approaches, modeling process quality, Statistical Process Control(SPC), control charts for process monitoring, process and measurement system capability, acceptance sampling plans, experimental design methods for improvement process, process optimization via statistical models.
