Objectives of the Course The aim is to provide knowledge about construction management. Management theories and systems, project manufacturing, building economics, programming, communication, etc.. topics are covered. Management principles in different areas; human psychological, social and economic issues need to be examined in. Professional life location management, restructuring of the distribution of responsibilities, marketing, management strategies and types, quality assurance or factors in different stages of development, and so on. characteristics should be taken into account.
Contents of the Course In this course contents project management concepts and market research and feasibility studies of the project completion and delivery in the period between land development / building projects implementation, project management, planning, monitoring and control of relevant methods and management problems of view, performance measurement and related methods such topics covered
