Objectives of the Course Students will learn to identify materials on their interior designs . It is aimed to introduce students to new and actual materials that are used at interior designs and furniture applications. Students will make researchs and presentations on given subjects ,in addition their ability on reasearching actual projects will develop.
Contents of the Course In the content of course , students will develop material knowledge and materil selection skills by making designs on giving subjects weekly.

1 Understanding visual layout techniques by learning to use materials in developing and designing materials knowledge
2 They will develop themselves in terms of increasing the ability to solve design problems with a limited number of variables, understanding the shape function space structure relationship and learning. Learning to make detail drawings using drawing tools
3 Interpretation of two and three dimensional visual presentation techniques and representations
4 To be able to recognize the connections and differences of building materials with each other.
