Objectives of the Course | To educate the nurses who have gained the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to be able to lead the care staff in the healthcare team by reviewing the basic concepts, theories and principles related to management and nursing services management and evaluating them in accordance with the requirements of nursing philosophy and health services management in our country. |
Contents of the Course | Management and Organization of Health and Nursing Services, Management Concepts and Management Process, Nurse Manpower Planning and Assignment Systems, Team Building and Motivation, Performance Evaluation and Nursing Staff Development, Management Ethics. |
