Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is; To provide students with the basic philosophy of nursing and to understand the role of the nurse in the health care system and to provide basic nursing care and education skills in order to protect and improve the health of the patient in terms of basic theories, concepts and principles in nursing care.
Contents of the Course Hospital environment patient acceptance discharge procedures. Body mechanics ,movements and positions .3 Sleep rest, self-care and hygiene practices. Hot cold applications and other applications. Nursing process and its applications. Liquid electrolyte balance and imbalances.Taking and implementing follow-up and aplication .Vital findings.Drug applications.Respiratory system applications.Uriner system applications.Gastrointestinal system applications.
