Objectives of the Course The objective of the course is to evaluate the different environmental aspects that international organizations face during their activities and to learn the strategies that multinationals refer while developing and sustaining their competitive advantage.
Contents of the Course This course will cover the major aspects of international business environment and operations with the emphasis on its impact on the local businesses. In other words, in this course, students will learn why international business differs from domestic business, economic theories on international trade, and how managers deal with the uncontrollable forces of international environment.
