Objectives of the Course The aim of the course is to provide knowledge about the key management areas that affect success of project management and project; project management functions; time management; cost analysis and linear programming depending on project management; and optimization.
Contents of the Course Introduction to project management; General information about project management knowledge areas; Project integration management; Project scope management; Project schedule management; Project quality management; Project human resources management; Project communication management; Project risk management; Project procurement management; Project planning based on time and cost; Planning methods; Gantt and bar charts; Networks (cpm, pert) arrow and precedence systems; Resource allocation; Time and cost optimization; Stochastic and deterministic networks; Software applications (primavera, msproject); The solution of problems that may arise in practice
