Objectives of the Course The main objective of the course is to introduce the basic concepts of strategic management and the process of strategic planning. The course will also provide the essentials of how to develop and implement strategies to gain competitive advantage for competing effectively in the business environment.
Contents of the Course Course Description: This course aims to provide basic theoretical and practical knowledge on strategic management. The course will cover the essentials of internal and external analyses, developing vision and mission statements, understanding and applying the SWOT analysis, and developing corporate, business, and functional level strategies.
