Objectives of the Course |
To have knowledge about the departments in logistics firm, to define the process of logistics operation and to have the ability of problem solving, correct decision making and alternative plan production. |
Contents of the Course |
The concept of logistics, the increasing importance of logistics in business life, the basic business processes of logistics management, the relations between warehouse department and businesses, performance management and sector applications in logistics businesses, information systems, e-logistics, logistics enterprises, method and performance studies, performance applications. |
