Objectives of the Course | The aim of this course is to provide the ability to use numerical models to solve supply chain problems. |
Contents of the Course | Planning and forecasting, time-series forecasting, weighted moving averages, exponential smoothing, measuring forecasy error, exponential smoothing with trend adjustment, trend projections, locating strategies, warehousing and storage layouts, inventory management, linear programming, transportation, transshipmentand assignment problems. |
