Objectives of the Course The main objective of this course is to provide the students with the general concepts and applications of strategic management and to enable the students to apply these concepts and tecniques in practice.
Contents of the Course The course will basically cover the strategic planning processes and the development of strategies for business firms and organizations. The course also covers the case studies.
