Objectives of the Course The nutrition that directly affects human health is treated as a scientific discipline, and it acquires knowledge about the understanding of the importance of adequate and balanced nutrition in human life, the examination of nutritional elements and food groups.
Contents of the Course Basic principles of nutrition, definition and importance of nutrition, nutrient requirements for adequate and balanced nutrition, physical and chemical structures, activities and importance of body work, Nutrients, carbohydrates, oils, proteins, minerals, vitamins will be processed.
