Objectives of the Course	In this course; estimation of demand of manpower, determining labour supply and differences between offer and demand and teaching harmonisation subjects with the help of various statistical models will be taught.
Contents of the Course	The techniques used in the determination of the supply and demand of manpower will be examined.
