Objectives of the Course Upon successful completion of the course, the student; • Develops positive attitudes towards creative drama. • Comprehends main parts of creative drama in education. • Becomes able to teach the main techniques such as improvisation, role playing and so forth that are used widely in creative drama workshops and class. • Comprehends the necessary skills and information for creative drama activities.
Contents of the Course Drama's sociological, psychological formats, drama’s history and its practices in education, acting and naturalism terms and drama's relation between imagination and communication concept, drama practices and how will be utilized from drama, in teaching of different lessons, will be examined.
