Objectives of the Course This derste; Procurement functions, purchasing systems, procurement systems, solving potential problems in the procurement process and determining the best suppliers and e-procurement techniques are aimed to be taught to the students in this direction.
Contents of the Course Procurement management, procurement system, procurement process and procurement models, supplier selection and evaluation of suppliers, procurement plans and procurement operations, procurement planning and procurement operations, scope and objectives of procurement management, procurement structure and organization, supply process variables: quality, quantity, time, , Order quantity decisions and supply-inventory relationships
