Objectives of the Course The issue of customs is the subject merchandise and vehicles in cross-border trade. As a matter of fact, in the Customs Code numbered 4458, the purpose of this law is defined as the rules to be applied to goods and vehicles. We can evaluate these rules in two main frames. The first is the rules on taxation, the second is the non-tax measures. We can explain it as tariff measures and non-tariff measures if we explain it in technical terms.
Contents of the Course The Customs Code No. 4458 has redefined the basic concepts of customs legislation with the aim of simplifying, speeding up and reducing the cost of customs clearance.
