Objectives of the Course The course systematically identifies potential "fields of study" in the profession of architecture and aims to prepare the student for the profession. The course aims to identify the "actor" and "resources" involved in the determination of basic needs, the creation, elaboration and implementation of the project in architectural practice. It is aimed that students will be able to master the project completion process by preparing application project and license project and presenting to the customer what the necessary preparations should be, what are the municipal license works, site management, installation, estimation of bill of quantities and progress payments. In this course, basic concepts such as customer relations, project management, role sharing, project supervision and process management are examined.
Contents of the Course In this course, the process of preparing a project from a draft to an application project and a license project, document management, project management, construction and management of construction sites, as well as definitions on the current zoning regulations are explained.
